RETURN POLICY

Updated Return & Store Credit Policy

Effective Immediately

Return Window

We continue to honor a 14-day return policy for purchases made from today onward. You have 14 days after purchase to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in new condition (unused) and in their original packaging, with a receipt as proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at contact@dereksimpsongoldsmith.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom projects (special orders or personalized items)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company.


Outstanding Store Credits

  • All existing store credits and gift certificates must be redeemed on or before November 25, 2025.

  • After this date, any unused credits will no longer be valid.

  • No new store credits will be issued going forward.
